I like to make bleu cheese (or Gorgonzola) stuffed burgers... take 1/3# burger, shape into two thin patties... place bleu cheese on one and top with the other... seal edges well and grill to your liking... Top with a slice of raw red onion... melted bleu cheese in the middle! YUMMMMM!
NOTE: serve with lots of napkins for the runoff!
Another suggestion, for Thanksgiving leftovers... Put some bleu cheese in the leftover gravy and re-heat til all the cheese is melted and stirred in... add crumbled turkey meat... serve over toast or english muffins with cranberry sauce on the side...

Our favorites are still "Adirondack Bill's" garlic stuffed wasabi olives!!! YUMMM!!! Make a great martini! You can only buy them in the Adirondacks, Upstate NY... Not yet available online (bummer!)... I have only seen them sold in small "Kwik Marts" attached to gas stations & a few deli's...
