Can someone recommend a taxi driver who we can arrange ahead of time to pick us up at the airport and take us to Nanny Cay? And an approximation of what the cost should be for that run ?

We have always used AC's taxi service when on Tortola. You can reach him by phone or text at 284-340-0550. Cost will be dependent on the number of passengers in your group.
