For those of you who, like me, picked up a few unwanted pounds over the holidays (and vacation), this blog has great recipes and ideas for the South Beach Diet. This way of eating really works; I lost twenty pounds on it over five years ago, and have kept it off with the exception of the holiday pounds, which always come off easily when I go back to eating properly.
