It is a bottled sauce that comes premade. The directions say to just stir it in, at the end, which is what I did. Basically, it's just to spice it up some, but pretty much any kind of heat will work.

BTW the meatball sliders were good, but the ham and cheese marinated sandwiches, while very rich, are the BOMB!
