Ok I am certainly not a timeshare expert... But dawn beach club is a place I go often to do deliveries... As far as I know it is affiliated with westin and is in westin property.

They are beautiful well kept units that are not part of the hotel chain but on it's own time share units...

The units are always well maintained has the westin touch even the beds are heavenly beds that i so love ... No I did not sleep on it lol but just noticed...
