Don't stress! I hope my post provides info to help avoid a few things but you can never avoid everything. It's a combination of luck and what level you can let things go. I think a lot of my issues had to do with how busy they were during Xmas in July. I think you will be fine! The more time that goes by the more things they will get ironed out. Mooring's is just as good as anyone else. Maybe they slipped a bit and aren't better than everyone else but still just as good so going with another charter company wouldn't guarantee anything.
