Manpot, rereading my post, I think my comments about government related experiences were the prompt for your comments. Yes, I stand by that! I have never been much of a fan for the way the BVI gov. handles their tourism duties. I think the customs situation may have been a fluke but the people of the islands were more than welcoming. That's why I visit every chance I get.
