There has been some movement in availability of flights into the USVI announced: https://viconsortium.com/vi-travel/...e-to-usvi-this-month-port-authority-saysThis is surprising here because hotels etc. are still not allowed to register new arriving tourists -- until June 1 -- but in the USVI there has never been a total shutdown for residents and homeowners to travel
