The 'ferry' is indeed run privately by the resort - but my experience is that they stick to a strict schedule. They have several choices of boats, and usually use the big one for the heavy staff changes, and the smaller ones midday, As an anecdote, it's funny that they continue to refer to the Roadtown terminal (actually, Baugher's Bay) as the 'Old CSY dock' - although CSY hasn't been there in about 30 years!
