I let a few friends use gratis and booked to a couple TTOL people who asked. But if your charter company allows you to book your boat privately and save the 25% commission..they would be hurting themselves badly to link an owner competing with them site.

I think you are confirming the point I was trying to make which is that the owners and charter company interests are not necessarily entirely alligned. Seems to me if they were pulling on the rope in the same direction they might both benefit.
