I sat through the same old Moorings video tape several times back in the nineties. No new information ever presented. Complete waste of time unless it was your first trip. With the Moorings the briefing is not mandatory. Have not attended in the past 20 trips. We always survive and return the boat in at least as good condition as it was when we left the dock.
