I made the Balsamic and Onion Pot Roast from the Kalyn web site posted by GaKaye. I made it exactly as directed. I thought it was very good and had a wonderful tangy flavor. I really slathered on the rub, as we like spicy overtones. It came out with way too many onions (IMHO)for the amount of roast. I used 3/4 of a large onion. The process is a little time consuming for a crockpot recipe. That being said, the results were worth the effort. If I was busy, and wanted a very quick crockpot meal, I probably would not take the time. It was, however, wonderful. GaKaye - Thanks for the web site.
