Absolutely right. If Club O were to sell out, then there would probably be condos built there..
And, to me, that would be the worst case scenario. Actually staying at Club Orient was special to us. Yes, some of the Studios were time-worn, but they were being updated. Now, when all the red tape is cleared, all the rebuilt units will be totally brand new.
