Well, I bought some tilapia today and fixed this for dinner tonight. I must confess that I dusted the fish with flour before I sauteed it, and that I used only one pan, keeping the fish warm while I made the peppers in the same pan. I also used lemon juice instead of lime, as I had a lemon in the fridge. It was very good, in spite of the fact that I realized after we ate that I had forgotten the parsley (wanted to put it in at the very end so it would be fresh and green)! I served it with couscous and brussels sprouts.
