This needs to be corrected, otherwise the entire concept is at risk. If your "reservation" is actually only a "maybe", you better plan on getting there early, just as before Boatyball. I own a boat in the Moorings program. I would have called the Moorings base and suggested that they call their captain and give him/her appropriate instructions.
