From the BVI Community Board 30 min. ago: I did not realize that you were able to raft up together on a single morning ball down here in the BVI’s. I have seen this for the first time in Norman Island and now here in Levrick Bay tonight on the new “BoatyBall” reserves mooring balls. If this is the case, you can split the mooring fee:)
