Not looking to pick a fight with you and don't claim to be an expert. Have just been going to St Maarten for over 20 years and only convey what I have experienced through those years. The word you used to descibe her is and was offensive. The person you refered to is not the owner or manager nor was that her name.. She works the front desk and is a delightfull person.
