The person you refered to is not the owner or manager nor was that her name.. She works the front desk and is a delightfull person.
Just to be clear, more than one poster mentioned the name of "Reina" so that in fact may be her name. I have no idea on the name but with two people mentioning the name, it may well be.
I know for a fact that is not her name. Reina is a different person and works in the office not the front desk unless there are two people working there with the same name.
