Last week I emailed AA (Complaint) to request full reinstatement of FF miles, in addition to a credit card refund of one return economy flight for my Dec/Jan trip. Within 3 days I received a call to let me know that all would be taken care of without any penalty charges. The agent I spoke with could not have been nicer.
