I was merely stating that you should have tried to voice your opinion first to the management before going public with this. Then if you got no satisfaction, you can try other means. I guess you were probably angry and perhaps didn't think of doing anything else at the time. I always try to resolve things privately first, but if that is not your style, so be it. I was not attacking you, but only suggesting that there are better ways to resolve problems. As for Le Cottage, Bruno is no longer in charge there, so any complaints you may find on Trip Advisor do not pertain to him. Also, I would be careful regarding Trip Advisor as all posts there should be taken with a grain of salt.
