There's a couple of simple options: 1) charter a plane from Island Birds to meet them in STT and fly them to Beef Island 2) Sail the boat to Cruz Bay ( get a mooring ball at Caneel Bay) check into C&I and have your wives take a taxi to Red Hook to catch the ferry to St John. The ferry runs till about 11pm. Plenty of restaurants in Cruz Bay.
