I appreciate the honesty on the good and the bad. If I was chartering in July, had first time couples with me, and the genset and AC did not work for the whole trip, that would be a disaster. I understand that things go wrong on a charter, but some things should work or the company should make sure it does. The jump in fuel sounds weird too just because I assume you had air on your last boat and did not run the generator this time. Is the price of diesel just gone up that much? The sub par service seems to be a hit or miss thing even before the hurricane. I hope you are satisfied with the compensation they offered. Glad to hear you guys had a great time. We are looking forward to our next trip.
