I did actually speak with a very pleasant CSR but while she knew and fully understood what I was saying, she spoke to a supervisor who said it couldn’t be done that way under the actual circumstances of the government being the one who cancelled ALL flights. But if I could give her a record locator of someone who actually got a full refund directly TO THEIR CREDIT CARD as opposed to the travel bank, then everyone should be treated the same way.

I think this is probably a wasted effort on my part but I’m home and bored and have plenty of time to spend so why not? And perhaps others will benefit from my efforts, too.
