Glad you had such a positive situation amidst all the negativity that is out there right now, and that you are home all safe and sound. That really is the best place to be right now.

There is a young woman who works for the company that more or less runs the airport and we had an incredible experience with her once upon a time, too. I wouldn’t be at all surprised if your agent and mine are one and the the same but maybe not. But It does your heart good when someone goes that extra mile and acts as if they really do care. The woman I spoke with at JB today, Cecelia, meets that same definition.
