Thanks, Carol. I had already seen the article but the bottom line so far is Jet Blue really doesn’t care. They’re holding all the high cards in that they’ve got my money and that of every other person whose vacation dollars have been confiscated by them and they have no intentions of giving it back beyond in the form of travel bank credits.
